Omega Property Management was founded in 1977 by David Stendal. It is one of the oldest homeowner association management companies in the area. David’s passion for developing healthier, more financially stable Homeowner’s Associations led him to serve as president of Community Associations Institute (CAI) – Minnesota Chapter. He was also involved in the creation of the Minnesota Common Interest Ownership Act (MCIOA) and has served on numerous committees for CAI.
