You will need to create an account before you may access the Homeowner Portal for the first time:
1. You will need your account number, which you will find available on your account statement or Omega Welcome Letter
2. You will need an email address which is already on file with us (if you know you do not have one already on file, please contact us at email@example.com to add one to your account).
Once you have completed your registration, you will receive an email from Caliber Software to set up your new username and password. If you do not see the email in your inbox, check your junk folder. If you need assistance with your Homeowner Portal login, please contact firstname.lastname@example.org or 763.449.9100.
The Homeowner Portal allows you to manage your contact and communication preferences, view your account information, review open work orders and follow up notes, review any rule citations, and download important Association information such as your governing documents or meeting minutes. Registering is not a requirement however it greatly enhances the service we provide.
